This course is designed to:

  • Increase the quality and consistency of communication in your organisation both internally and externally.
  • Provide support and communication training to your organisation following recommendations from the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate or the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority.
  • Retain staff, allowing you to invest time and money into innovative, front-line operations.
  • Provide individuals (leaders) with confident, persuasive, and influential communication and presentation skills.
  • Improve the quality of care to those you support and their families.

  • This session is followed by a number of coaching calls to support learning and subsequent individual and organisational development.
  • Your host for the session is a Broadcaster, Presenter and Organisational Leader with over three decades of experience and is now an Outreach Support Practitioner, providing support and care for individuals living with a range of complex needs.
